1. Name of the project you are applying for
2. Applicant information - Name, E-mail
3. Educational information - College/School, Field of Study, Year of study, CGPA/Percentage
4. Programming languages known (NA for non-programming projects)
5. Answer any question asked by the mentor in the Proposal requirements section of the project you are applying for
6. Projects you have worked on and their description (related to this project or otherwise)
7. Any work experience (internships, research, etc)
8. Any additional information you would like to mention.
